Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held in Court Room
No.2 at 1:15 p.m. on Monday, October 17th, 1977.
Present were: Councillor Alfred Gray, Acting Mayor
Councillor Donald W. Allin
Councillor Edward R. Woodyard
Town Clerk J.M. McIlroy, Secretary
The meeting was specially called to deal with any objections
to By-Law No. 77-76 being a by-laK to stop up and close and
authorize the conveyance of the road allowances as set out in
Schedule "A".
There was no quorum, but the Councillors in attendance waited
until 1:45 to see if there were any objections to By-Law No.
77-76. No people appeared with objections and the meeting was
adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
