No.2 at 11:55 a.m. on Friday, September 23rd, 1977.

Moved by Con. woodyard, seconded by Con. Allin.
THAT the meeting go into Committee of the Whole with the
Mayor in the Chair.

THAT Albert Guiler be appointed Town Manager.

Councillors Dykstra and Holliday requested that it be noted
in the minutes that they were opposed to the procedure taken
by the Pessonnel and Property Committee regarding the
interviews for the position.

THAT the Personnel and Property Committee prepare a By-law
for consideration of Council containing in detail the
terms of engagement of the Town Manager and that all Councillors
be invited to attend the meeting.

THAT Council approve of the actions of the Committee of the
Whole.

THAT Council go into camera to discuss the salary of the
Town ~mnager and finalize the arrangements.

THAT the Confidential Report of the Personnel and Property
Committee be adopted.

THAT Councillor HOlliday,be heard regarding a matter pertaining
to the recent meeting of Central Lake Ontario Conservation
Authority.

THAT the Town Clerk look into the matter of the denial of a
proxy vote and report back.
