THAT the Town of Newcastle requests the Ministry of Housing to
make the Private Assisted Rental Program available for the
provision of rent geared-to-income units.
FURTHER THAT the Town of Newcastle hereby undertakes and agrees
to contribute 7~% toward the annual operating subsidy for these
units.
