AND FlRTHER THAi the Planning Department notify the above
organizations one week in advance of the date of the meeting at

Mr. Alewyn Stolk requested Council's permission to live in a
trailer while completing his residence on Part Lot 9, Concession 6,

Officials of the Orono Athletic Association appeared before
Council requesting interim financing for the Orono Arena
construction pending receipt of public subscription.

of the Marlow Hancock property.
(c) The purchase of the three properties, namely, Mrs. Northrupp,
Mr. & Mrs - Nesbitt and Mr. M. Hancock, be finalized so that
the Committee can proceed with the clearing of trees on the
property.
