Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held in the
Bowmanville Committee Room on Thursday, February 24th,
1977 at 4:10 p.m.
Present were:

Resolution #C-77-267
Moved by Con. Dykstra, seconded by Con. Woodyard.
THAT the Planning Advisory Committee he authorized to retain
I.B.I. Consultants to assist in expediting the Courtiee
Heights Developments Subdivision Agreement at a maximum cost
of $1,500.00.

TBAT the repair and alteration work on the Orono Town Hall
Community Centre as recommended in the Fire Chief's Report
dated February 9th, 1977 be approved and the work started
as soon as possible.

THAT the meeting go into camera to deal with negotiations
relative to the Liaison Committee for the Darlington Generating
Station.

THAT Council concur with the proposal of Greenspan & Vaughan
as per their letter of February 18th, 1977 and of I.B.I.
Consultant as per letter of February 21st, 1977 and that their
retaining fees be as follows:- ~'~
Greenspan & Vaughan limit increased to $10,000:. ~ ~ ,A
