before Council regarding an extension of approval of draft
Plan of Subdivision on Lots 29 and 30, former Village of
Newcastle.

fact of residents of Court ice Area being required to
hook into water and sewage servic~s because of new
subdivision, at considerable expense to these residents.

have the Orono Area replaced on the existing site.
