Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held on December 18th,
1979 at 3:45 p.m. in the Bell Building Committee Room.
Present were:
Mayor Garnet B. Rickard
Councillor Keith Barr
Councillor William Clarke
Councillor I van Hobbs
Councillor Maurice Prout
Also Present:
A. C. Guiler, Town Manager
This meeting was called for the purpose of discussing Report
TM-66-79 tabled by Resolution #(;-1509-79 for a period of three
weeks and to receive infonnation requested in Resolution #C-1507-79.

THAT A. C.Guiler be appointed Acting Clerk for the Special Meeting
of Council.

Moved by Councillor Hobbs, seconded by Councillor Clarke
THAT the Salary Administration Program as recarmended by the
Town Manager in report TM-66-79 be adopted.
