'IHAT Item 1 of the Building Cbmmi ttee' s report be amended
by deleting the words after "subject" in the fourth line
and adding the following words "to the Town Manager drafting
a contract for Council's approval and the Splash O::mnittee
depositing the necessary funding for the consultant's payment
in the Town's account".

'IHAT the Mayor's report regarding the Hampton Mill Pond
be received for information verbally amended by His Worship
as follows: Add to the second last paragraph the words "and

and also a new paragraph before the last paragraph reading
as follows: "I would suggest Council pass a resolution
requesting CLOCA to lower the level of the pond so that
temporary repairs to the road can be carried out imnediately".

in Hampton to present proposals for conservation and
recreational uses to determine the most acceptable method to
permit the upgrading of the pond and retaining wall in order
to have a suitable access road to accommodate the residents
of Hampton and the Town of Newcastle.
