held on Monday, September 17th, 1979
at 2:45 p.m. in the Bell Building
Committee Room.

THAT Council concur with the recommendation in
Report 1/5, to th e Council Meeting of September
10, 1979 and Application for Rezoning Z-A-3-3-4
be approved and By-law 79-89 be considered by
Council.

THAT leave be granted to introduce by-law 79-89
being a by-law to amend Restricted Area By-law
1592, as amended, of the former Township of
