The inspection report shall include but not be limited to: 1. proper preparation levels and compaction of the existing sub-soil. 2. proper installation of refrigeration piping, including chair supports, spacers and testing procedures and pressures. 3. proper installation and installation of 3" of polystyrene foamed insulation. 4. proper installation of 5" concrete floor slab including the proper placement of wire mesh. 5. Checking the elevations of sub-soil, insulation, refrigeration piping on chair supports. 6. Checking concrete specifications for strength and water content etc. All the above to be covered by a detailed dated report to indicate the satisfactory completion of the project.
