Minutes of a special meeting of Council held on
August 17 1979 at 4:00 p.m. in the Bell Building
Ccmnittee Room.
Present were:
Mayor Garnet B.Rickard
Councillor Keith Barr
Councillor William Clarke
Councillor Ivan M. Hobbs
Councillor Maurice Prout
J. M. McIlroy, Town Clerk

Resolution #C-I069-79
Mlved by Councillor Prout, seconded by Councillor Barr
THAT the recomnendation of the Board of Education to accept
the tender of Oshawa Paving for the construction of Tennis
Courts at Courtice Secondary School be accepted in the
amount of $24,143.87.
