Me10ny re Senior Citizen Accommodations Mr. Webb of Davis & Webb, Solici tors Disposition of Communications - 2 - July 16th, 1979 Miss Gwen Malony appeared before Council relative to Housing Program for Ontario and particularly with regard to the provisions of Senior Citizen accommodations in the Town of Newcastle. Resolution #C-829-79 Moved by Councillor Hobbs, seconded by Councillor Cowman. THAT this matter be referred to the Planning and Development Committee to arrange a meeting with Miss Ma10ny at an appropriate time and place. THAT the foregoing Resolution be amended to provide that the meeting be at a special meeting of the Planning and Development Committee. COWlcil Minutes By-Law No. 78-120 Recess East Woodbridge Development Limited - 17 - July 16th, 1979 Resolution #C-898-79 Moved by COWlcillor Holliday, seconded by Councillor Cowman. THAT By-Law No. 78-120 being a by-law to authorize the entering into an Agreement with the Northumberland and Newcastle Board of Education be lifted from the table for second reading. THAT Section 5 of the Agreement with the School Board be amended by adding after the word "complex" the words "as soon as all capital has been fWlded by SPLASH Committee".
