Moved by Councillor Prout, seconded by Councillor Barr.
THAT leave be granted to introduce By-Law No. 79-59 being
a by-law to amend Restricted Area By-Law Number 2111 of
the former Township of Darlington, as amended, and that the
said by-law be now read a first time.

Moved by Councillor Cowman, seconded by Councillor Holliday.
THAT the two items introduce by Councillor Prout, Chairman
of the Community Services Committee be considered.

Moved by Councillor Cowman, seconded by Councillor Clarke.
THAT Council request the Board of Education to proceed with the
construction of tennis courts at the Courtice High School.
"CARRIED"
Resolution #C-825-79
Moved by Councillor Cowman, seconded by Councillor Clarke.
THAT a Committee for a preliminary review of the feasibility
of a Library at Courtice High School be appointed, consisting
of Chairman Prout, Councillor Cowman, representatives of the
Library Board and Staff, two representatives from the Board of
Education, and Mr. H. Bradley, Principal of Courtice High
School.
