THAT Resolution #C-545-79 be amended to delete the following words "but such motions shall be in writing signed by the Mover and Seconder, only to meetings other than Council Meetings". BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town of Newcastle send the Director of Planning as the Town representative to the meeting of the Canadian Order of Foresters and the Region of Durham and the Solicitor for Goodyear, to help to resolve the difficulties associated with Senior Citizens Housing in Bowmanville.
