Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held on
April 25th, 1979 at 4:30 p.m. in the Bell Building
Committee Room.
Present were: Mayor Garnet B. Rickard
Councillor Keith Barr
Councillor William Clarke
Councillor Ann Cowman (to 4:45 p.m.)
Councillor Jasper Holliday.
Councillor Ivan M. Hobbs
Councillor Maurice Prout
Town Clerk J.M. McIlroy
Also Present: Mr. A.C. Guiler, Town Manager
Mr. K. DeGroot, Treasurer
Mr. J. Dunham, Director of Public Works
Mr. J. Hayman, Fire Chief
Mr. T.A. Fanning, Director of Community Services
The Town Clerk polled those Members of Council present and
there were no objections to holding this meeting.

THAT the meeting go into Committee of the Whole.
