The purpose of this Special Meeting is to receive public input on the following Development
Applications and Staff reports:
1) An application by Marina Villas for a rezoning and site plan approval for 27 townhouse units
in a common element condominium in the Port of Newcastle
2) Worden East Neighbourhood Design Plan Amendment and proposed subdivisions
containing a total of 29 single detached dwelling lots
3) An application by Simon Gill (Daylily Farm) for an Agri -tourism rezoning, catered events and
cidery
4) An application Kaitlin Corporation for a Temporary Sales Office (57 and CPR)
5) Report PSD -046-17 - Process Enhancement Project Progress Update
