Councillor Ivan M. Hobbs (Due to Illness)
Councillor Maurice Prout (Vacation)
The meeting was called to appoint a Planning Director.
Resolution #C-362-79
Moved by Councillor Cowman, seconded by Councillor Holliday.
THAT leave be granted to introduce By-Law No. 79-27 being a
by-law to appoint a Director of Planning and that the said
by-law be now read a first time.

Moved by Councillor Cowman, seconded by Councillor Holliday.
THAT the second reading of By-Law No. 79-27 be approved.

Resolution #C-364-79
~bved by Councillor Cowman, seconded by Councillor Holliday.
THAT the third and final reading of By-Law No. 79-27 be
approved.

Resolution #C-365-79
Moved by Councillor Cowman, seconded by Councillor Holliday.
THAT Resolution #C-333-79 be amended to provide that the Public
Meeting on the Court ice Area Plan be on April 10th, 1979 instead
of April 11th, 1979, and also that the Town Manager be responsible
to insure that proper Notice is given.
