Three visitors were present. The previous Board was introduced.
M/S by Marlene Craig and Walter Loveridge to adopt the minutes from 2016
Annual General Meeting as read. CARRIED.
Review of Terms of Reference by Joy
Report of Previous Year Summary by Chair—Joy Vaneyk
Treasurer’s Report and 2016 Financial Summary by Treasurer Claude Godin.
Booking Report Summary for 2016 by Danielle Carroll
M/S by Marlene Craig and Walter Loveridge to accept all reports as read.
Election of Officers: Chair, Secretary, Dance Rep and Booking Rep all agree to
Stand for 2017.
New Treasurer Steven Hutchinson nominated by Claude Godin, seconded by Dave
Taylor. Accepted and Carried.
