Dear Sir:
June 26th, 1981
RE: Town of Newcastle, Part Block E, Plan
You are presently the owner of the premises,
part of Block E, according to Plan 702, of the Town
of Newcastle, and formerly Town of Bowmanville, which
property is behind the Waverley Plaza. on Waverley Road.
The condition of these premises has been brought to
the attention of this office by Mrs. Christine Simon,
of Quinn Drive.
Unfortunately, it is situations like this
that prompt municipalities to enact property standards
and maintenance by-laws and enforce the same. To
avoid the necessity of taking action under such a by-law,
it would be in your interest to cut the grass and spray
the weeds so that it would .not be such an eyesore and
a nuisance to the adjoining land owners. There is also
garbage and litter spread over the area.
We would appreciate your co-operation in
this matter.
Yours truly,
GARNET B. RICKARD
