SUBJECT: PINE RIDGE SCHOOL

RECOMMENDATIONS:
That this report be received; and
That the "Open House" at Pine Ridge School, on Tuesday,
March 2nd, 1982, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and
8:00 p.m., be advertised through the Clerk's Department
as a public notice to the citizens of the Town
of Newcastle.

Resolution C-88-82 stated that "the Town of Newcastle request the
Province of Ontario through the office of Mr. Sam Cureatz, M.P.P., that the
citizens of this Municipality as individuals and groups, be afforded the
opportunity to view the site and the buildings of the Pine Ridge School. This
request is made in order that they may assess the potential of this property
in the future development of the Municipality".
I would advise that the office of Mr. Sam Cureatz, M.P.P.,
has advised that the Ministry of Government Services will hold an "Open
House", on Tuesday, March 2nd, 1982 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at
the Pine Ridge School.
