MEETING OF JUNE 28TH, 1982

RECOMMENDATION:
That this report be received for information.

In a report to the General Purpose and Administration Committee
meeting of March 22nd, 1982, it was suggested that the Town of Newcastle
Promotion Day would cost not more than $2,000.00.
Attached hereto is a list of expenditures for Promotion
Day which expenses total $2,123.80.
In a report to Council on May 10th, 1982, it was recommended
that a summary of each session be made and forwarded to the Mayor's Office
and that a meeting be arranged to discuss "Promotion Day". These reports
will shortly be forwarded to Members of Council and Department Heads
under separate cover and a meeting date will be suggested at the same
time.
