REPORT TO COUNCIL MEETING OF FEBRUARY 25TH, 1985
MAYOR'S REPORT No. 3-85
SUBJECT: BED AND BREAKFAST ESTABLISHMENT
RUTH CAHAIS, PART LOT 4, CONCESSION 2,
DARLINGTON TOWNSHIP
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended to Council the following:
1. That this report be received; and
2. That the correspondence from Mrs. Ruth Cahais which is
dated February 23rd, 1985 be received and referred to the
Director of Planning with a request that he bring forward
the necessary amendments to the zoning by-law; and
3. That the Director of Planning be authorized to
undertake any required public notices.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
I am attaching hereto a copy of a letter from Mrs. Ruth Cahais,
which letter is dated February 23rd, 1985.
Mrs. Cahais was of the opinion that any action which is
necessary to facilitate the operation of a bed and breakfast establishment
had been undertaken.
