Attached hereto is a copy of a certificate which I am
in receipt of from the former Minister of Municipal Affairs and
Housing, the Honourable Claude Bennett, M.P.P., on behalf of the
Province of Ontario.
This certificate will be framed and hung in the
Council Library.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Members
of Council, Staff, members of the Bicentennial Committee and all of
the citizens who helped with and took part in our community
celebrations.
