THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2006-064
Being a by-law to authorize the conveyance of Parts 1 and 2
on Reference Plan 40R-24112 to Bowmanville Creek
Developments Inc.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of April 4,
2005 approved the recommendations in Report EGD-O? -05;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the sale and transfer to Bowmanville Creek Dvelopments Inc. of
Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 40R-24112 is approved.
2. That the mayor and Clerk are authorized on behalf of the Municipality
to execute the transfers.
By-law read a first and second time this 20th day of March 2006.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 20th day of March 2006.
