Comment:
Further to Metro Toronto's memorandum advising that they have been
granted permission to drill on lands at the N1 site, by 736247 Ontario
Limited, I have been advised that the incorporation and Directors
of 736247 Ontario Limited are:
Walter Hale, and
Carl F. Hickson.
I am enclosing herewith a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
of 736247 Ontario Limited.
