SUBJECT: Mrs. Margaret McKinley - Application for Amusement Arcade
LOCATION: Plaza at 134 King Street East, Bowmanville
DATE: April 3rd, 1978
Recommendation: That application be approved. v0
Since that submission it has been brought to my attention that
the Police in the past simmer have been answering numerous
complaints from citizens concerning youths loitering around
the Plaza (Submarine Shop especially) and approval of an arcade
would in all probability only add to this existing problem.
Under these circumstances I can only suggest that further
inquiries be made before a decision is decided..
