Recommendation: THAT this Committee allow the applicants to proceed
with renovations, subject to the approval of the Durham
Health Unit and the Newcastle Fire Chief with a final floor plan
showing the placement of each machine together with further
submissions from the By -Law Enforcement Officer at that time.
