THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-lAW 2006-033
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 2005-017
WHEREAS at their meeting held on November 14, 2005, the Council of the
Municipality of Clarington passed By-law 2005-017 to declare a portion of an
unopen road allowance situated between lot 12 and lot 13, Broken Front
Concession, former Town of Bowmanville, now in the Municipality of Clarington
to be surplus, to stop up and close as a public highway and to authorize the
conveyance to Bowmanville Creek Developments Inc.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington now wishes to
repeal said by-law:
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. THAT By-law 2005-017 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 13th day of February 2006.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of February 2006.
