CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2006- 032
being a By-law to authorize the purchase agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and the Estate of John Ulrich, in respect to the purchase of
68 East Beach Road, Smart Estate Plan, Block A, Part Lot 5, Part Lot 9, Broken Front
Concession, former Town of Bowmanville
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between the Estate of John Ulrich and said Corporation.
