"CARRIED" Resolution #GPA-1266-82 Moved by Councillor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor Hobbs THAT the delegations listed on the agenda be heard. "CARRIED" Mr. Mark Hancock, Lot 34, Concession 7, R. R. #1, Enniskillen, addressed the Committee regarding road problems at Townline Road and Concession 7, former Darlington Township. He spoke of the potentially dangerous situation and asked for lines on the road. He also complained of the condition of an unopened road allowance and asked for some ditching and gravel so that it would be passable for farm machinery. He said there was brush on the road allowance and snow fence, which had been erected by the Town, prevented him from having access to part of his property . . . G.P.A. "CARRIED" Mr. August Geisberger, R. R. #1, Hampton, also spoke of the need for some gravel and some improvements to the road allowance and lines up the middle of the road. He thanked the Town for the work which they had done on the corner. Mr. George Laskaris asked Committee to have a parking meter on Temperance Street, south of King, removed so that he would have one more parking space. This would permit him to make an additional apartment in his building. The Town thanks Canadian Pacific for its asststance in this project;" and 3. That this report be received; and 2. That the Treasurer be authortzed to have an agreement drawn up between the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and Real Time Datapro Ltd., to accommodate the expansion in computer service as shown on Schedule XII, attached, for a total one time cost of $15,405.00 and monthly maintenance of $ 331.60; and 3. That the Treasurer be authorized to have an agreement drawn up between the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and Real Time Datapro Ltd., with respect to the implementation of the Recreation Registration Program with a total one time cost of $2,000.00 and monthly maintenance of $450.00 as shown in Schedule XIlI; and 4.
