For your infonnation :md neeessaJ'Y action, this is to advise you that all reports submitted to Council on October 5th, 1981 were adopted with the following exceptions;- Planning & Development ConmittL'e - Septenuer 28th Item 1 - Approved with the following amendment: Item Nunber 6) be added to the rect]lllEndatiolJ,s as follows;- " 6) That Staff meet with the Group Haire Operators to discuss their concerns." Item 4 - Begarding Subdivision Nunber 181'-81008 Danarus Management Ltd. S-A-3-13--B, be tabled until a Public 1~ting has been held to consider the arrendrrrnt to the OHicial Plan. Finance & Administration Oallnittee - September 29th Item 6 - amended to read as follows;- '''lHAT certain expenditures in respect of the preparation and deposit of Reference Plan 10R-1321 be approved for paytrent out of account #5001-OO3--D04." Item 11 - 11IAT the Report and aIlK;ndrnents be referred to the General Purpose and Administration Oanmittee for discussion. Item 12 - amended by the deletion of the phrase "effective July 1st, 1981" and the effective date be the titre of the passing of the Resolution by Council. Item 13 - Referred back to staff for further consideration in light of changing interest rates and staff to report back to the General Purpose and Administration Oanmittee on the impact of the proposed rate change. ,0;' - 2 - .
