YYd- z ; imp Special Meeting, October 15, 19759 continued - Page 2 Mr. Howden was asked to review his report, which dealt with major issues which he felt should be considered in the formulation of the Town's response to Discussion Paper No. 3. Dr. Michael responded to several of these issues. The meeting was then opened for questions and opinions. Resolution No. c-75-1179 Moved by Councillor Hobbs, seconded by Councillor Allin, That a Special Meeting of Council be called for Monday, October 27th, 1975 at 9030 a.m. and that the Planning Advisory Committee be invited to attend. This Meeting is to be held in the offices of the Regional Planning Department at 105 Consumer's Drive in Whitby. Dr. Michael stated that the Region's preferred alternative for the Town of Newcastle will be presented at this time.
