The Committee of the Whole considered a By-law to amend By-law
No. 2111 of the former Township of Darlington, whereby the
major portions of those lands encompassed by the Courtice
Concept Plan and currently Zoned for Residential and Commercial
Purposes would be rezoned to a 11D1° Deferred Development Category.
