Lighting THAT Resolution #CS -275-77 "That it be recommended to Council
Hampton that the Town pay for the energy cost associated with lighting
Park in Hampton Park area as agreed in a previous meeting and
C.L.O.C.A. and Ontario Hydro be notified to this effect" be
forwarded to Council with the added information that this cost
is area rated to Hampton.

The Director of Parks and Recreation, Mr. T. A. Fanning,
presented his report.

B.M.H.A. THAT the Director contact the B.M.H.A. and report back to
Hockey the next meeting regarding their request to hold a Hockey
Tournament Tournament on Good Friday.

THAT the minutes of the meeting held on December 19,
of Minutes
1977, be adopted as read.

Teen Dances THAT it be recommended to Council that Brownsdale Community
Brownsdale Centre be informed that the Committee supports in principle
Community Teen Dances at their Community Centre but feel that the dances
Centre should be self-supporting but the Town will pick up the shortfall
of two more dances and the situation be reviewed at that time.

Hall the break-in at the Orono Town Hall be received for
Break -In information.

B.M.H.A. THAT in response to a letter from the B.M.H.A. regarding
Credit for the condition of the ice foi *heir Skate-A-Thon, they be
Ice Time allowed a credit of. $50. to,�,ards the cost of their ice time.

Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Con. Holliday
Community THAT the various Community Centre Boards be asked to
Centre submit recommendations for members of their Boards for
Boards 1978 and due to insurance coverage carried by the Town
1978 on Board Members, the board be limited to 7 people,
including two members of Council.
