Minutes of a meeting of the Community Services
Committee held on Monday, August 8, 1977, at 7
p.m, in Court Room Oil, Police and Fire Building.
Roll Present were: Councillor Alfred Gray, Chairman

Councillor J. W. Holliday, Member, at 7.10 p.m.

of Minutes be adopted as read.

Programmes registration in summer programs, be received for information.

St. Joseph's THAT the letter from St. Joseph's School thanking the Recreation
School Play Department for their help with the playground project, be received

Jaycees THAT in keeping, with the report of the Director of Parks and
Programmes Recreation, it be recommended to Council that a letter be sent
to the Jaycees requesting that they clean up after completing
their programs.

Rural The Director of Parks and Recreation gave a report of the work
Employment done by the Rural Employment Incentive Program.

Club Club for their co-operation in housing the members of the deCycles

Renewal of THAT it be recommended to Council that the lease between the
Lease re Town and Mutt Enterprises Limited, Milani & Milani Holdings
Park Ltd. and Rye Investments Limited regarding use of lands being
part of Lot 15, Con. 1, former Township of Darlington for the
use of a Park, be renewed one year from the date of signing.
