Minutes of a meeting of the Newcastle Recreation
Advisory Committee held on August 16, 1976, at
7:30 p.m. in Court Room #2, Police and Fire Building,
Bowmanville, Ontario.

Mr. Fanning presented his Fall and Winter Brochure and programs
were discussed. He was asked to investigate the possibility of
using the new facility under the Bubble at the Oshawa Civic Centre.
He advised that he would be having his Brochure printed, deleting
hockey and figure skating programs because of the uncertainty of
facilities for the winter.
Moved by Con. Lyall, seconded by Mayor Rickard that the
meeting adjourn at 8:30 p.m.
