Minutes of a meeting of the Committee of
the Whole held on April 6, 1979, at 9:30 a.m.
in the Bell Building Committee Room.
Present were Mayor G. B. Rickard, Chairman
Councillor Keith D. Barr
Councillor Wm. Clarke
Councillor Ann Cowman
Councillor Jasper W. Holliday
Deputy Clerk G. Gray, Secretary
Absent were: Councillor Maurice Prout, on vacation
Councillor Ivan M. Hobbs, due to illness
Also Present: A. C. W. Guiler, Town Manager
K. DeGroot, Treasurer
There was a general discussion of the Budget for 1979
and the By-law to adopt the estimates.

Moved by Con. Clarke, seconded by Con. Holliday
THAT the Budget, as presented, be recommended to Council
Resolution #CW -4-79
Moved by Con. Holliday, seconded by Con. Clarke
THAT the meeting adjourn until 1:30 p.m.

The meeting reconvened at 1:30 p.m.
The Treasurer presented some revised figures relative
to the Regional Levy.

THAT the Budget be tabled until revisions and modifications
relative to the Regional Levy have been incorporated.
