Mayor Rickard and Members of Council: -
Committee of the Whole
Report of a meeting of the Committee of the Whole held at 2 p.m. on
Tuesday,, February 20, 1979, in the Bell Building Committee Room.
All Members of Council were present with the exception of Councillor Clarke.
Also present were Mr. A.C.W. Guiler, Town Manager, Mr. K. DeGroot, Treasurer
and Mr. J. M. McIlroy, Town Clerk.
The matter of the Financing of Storm Sewer Construction was discussed at
length.
It was recommended to Council that Storm Sewers to be constructed by the
Town be on the general rate, subject to any contribution from development.
