Minutes of meeting of the Community Services Committee
held on Monday, April 21, 1975, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Committee Room of the Bowmanville Town Hall.
Roll Present were: Con. D. W. Allin, Chairman
Call Con. H. B. Tink, Member
Mayor G. B. Rickard, Member
Gertrude Gray, Secretary.
Recreation
Report
Absent: Con. K. E. Lyall, Member
Mr. T. A. Fanning, Director of Recreation presented his
Report.

Moved by Con. Tink, seconded by Mayor Rickard
Activity THAT The Director of Recreation be authorized to continue
News the publication of the Activity News for an additional
three months.

The items on the Agenda, Burial of Dogs and Repairs
to fire ramp were tabled.
Budgets The revised Newcastle Recreation Committee Budget and
Library the budgets of the Bowmanville and Clarke Museums were
Museums tentatively approved, also the Library Board Budget.

Maintenance THAT the maintenance of cemeteries in Clarke and Darlington
of Cemeteries be handled as they were in 1974.
