Mayor Rickard and Members of Council: -
The following recommendations to Council were made at a meeting of the Committee
of the Whole on July 28, 1975°
Lycett Street
/1. That the letter dated June 11, 1975, from the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland
J�,,,' and Newcastle Roman Catholic Separate School Board be received for information
and also Mr. Veltri°s letter dated May 28, 1975 and furthermore, Mr. Veltri°s
deposit cheque relative to his offer of this land be returned.
2. Chief Building Inspector°s Report on Building By-law
That Council reaffirm the adoption of the report of the Chief Building
Inspector dated July 10, 1975, regarding amendment to the Building By-law
relative to the need for permits for reroofing, siding, etc.
3. That the report from Totten Sims Hubicki regarding By-law of the Town of
Bowmanville 67-13, be received for information and a copy be sent to the
Chief Building Inspector.
4. Mantle request to lease Town lands
That the matter of leasing town owned lands to Mr. & Mrs. Mantle in the Bowman-
ville West Beach area be referred to the Town Clerk to process and report his
action to Council.
