1975, Mr. E. G. McNeely, Q.C., the Town Solicitor was in

attendance to discuss
the Exproprhtion Hearing scheduled
for. March 26, 1975.

THAT the Committee go into closed session for discussion
of a legal matter.

Chairman THAT Councillor Entwisle be appointed Chairman of the
Appointed meeting.

Moved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con. Tink
THAT Mr. McNeely be instructed to research the matter and
recommend an expert or experts to meet with Council in Committee
to advise on future action with regard to the Expropriation
Hearing on land required for the proposed Hydro Generating
Station.
