Moved by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Mrs. A. Cowman,
That the minutes of the meeting held on July 25, 1977, be approved
as read.

(2) Regional Policy, re: Groundwater Interference

Moved by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Mrs. A. Cowman,
That resolution # TF -31-77 be lifted from the table.

That item "c" of the suggested revisions be further revised by
re -writing same as follows -
"That where the interference to a well or private water supply is
of long term or permanent duration and where the interference takes
place in a water serviced area, the affected party will be required
to connect to the water supply system, unless otherwise determined
by the Works Committee".

That resolution # TF -36--77 be amended by deleting therefrom resolution
# TF -31-77 and substituting therefore resolution # TP --1-77.

That a copy of the proposed revised policy be forwarded to the
