Dunham; Also present: Three Courtice Area residents. (1) Minutes of Previous Meeting Resolution # TP -17-73 Moved by Mrs. A. Cowman, seconded by Councillor Taylor, That the minutes of the meeting held on April 25, 1977, be adopted as read. "CARRICD" (2) Correspondence Resolution # TF -18-72 Moved by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Councillor Woodyard, That the copy of correspondence from Mr. P. Levine, to Mr. R. Dykstra, re: Courtice Area Financial Impact Analysis, be received for information. "CARRIED" Resolution # TF -19-1l Moved by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Councillor Woodyard, That the copy of correspondence from Mr. W. A. Jones Report Mr. Levine informed the meeting that his assessment of the Murray V. Jones financial impact work would be available to this Committee by Wednesday, July 27, 1977. (Li) Courtice Area Water Table Analysis Copies of a letter, dated July 19, 1977, from Mr. Ian D. Wilson,P.Eng., of Tan D. Wilson Associates T,jmited, were provided to all members. Mr. Wilson's letter provided a cost estimate for carrying out water table impact studies relative to storm sewers, local sanitary sewers ans local watermains that would be necessary to service development in the-Courtice area. Resolution # TP -20-77 Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Mr. Bobier, That Et. Wilson's letter be received and referred to the next meeting of this Committee for further discussion. "CARRIED" (5) Regional Policj re: Groundwater Interference Resolution # TF -21-77 Moved by Mrs. A. Cowman, seconded by Mr. Dobler, That Council recommend to the Region that item "0" of the Region's policy, as set forth in Mr. Twelvetrees's letter of June 30, 1977, to Homeowners, be modified to read as follows - "That where the interference to a well is of long term or permanent duration and where the interference takes place outside a water serviced area, the water supply shall be restored at no coat to the property owner. Resolution `P-22-7' Moved by Mrs. A. Cowman, seconded by Mayor Rickard, That the foregoing resolution be tabled to the next meeting of this Committee. "CARRIED" Task Force Meeting, July 21, 1977, continued- Page 3 (6) Next Meeting Resolution # TF --23.77 Moved by Councillor Woodward, seconded by Councillor Taylor, That the next meeting of this Committee be held in Court Room # 2 in the afternoon of Monday, July 25, 1977, at an hour to be determined by the Chairman. "CARRIED" (7) Adjournment Resolution j TF -21.-77 Moved by Mr. Bobier, seconded by Mrs. A. Cowman, That this meeting do now adjourn. Meeting adjourned accordingly at 11:15 p.m. Secretary Chairman
