'lC ID', Verbally from Mr. K. DeGroot, Treasurer, that the copies of the Ontario Water Resources Act for the members, from the Government Book Store, have not arrived as yet. Roads Mr. Levine outlined some of the concerns of the Courtioe Area & Citizens Association, as he had met with them in the afternoon of even date, regarding Trull's Road. Mr. Dunham, Director of Public Works, had for viewing the prel;miay drawings of Trull's Road. Be stated that Trull's Road wan 66' wide and man being Constructed to an trban Standard of etorm sewers, ourb and gutters end the only land acquisition would be at the corner of Trull's and. Naah Road to improve daylighting. Many concerns were expressed regarding the cost of new roads, if traffic cannot be handled on the existing roads. Considerable dialogue took place regarding traffic flow, status of a forced road, and planning of future roads. Task Force Meeting, December 15, 1977, continued- Paget I. Levine to take traffic flow at the corner of 'L'ull's Road and Blow Street, for the next meeting. 4. P nencial i'mpaot Aar. Levine spoke to the matter, as he had only one copy of the brochure being prepared, he would leave with Aar. Bobier to peruse and procure more copier' as soon as they are printed, delivering them to Mr. Dykstra or Mr. Gu ler for distribution. 5. Nemtire; Resolution -69-J7 Moved by Mr. T. E. Levine spoke regarding the Ontario Ahnnicipa1 Board Dearing that i,a to continue in January, he suggested that the Courtioe Area & Citizens Association and the Town negotiate terms of conditions that could be solved and settled. Arc. Dykstra stated that the Task Force had been set up in an attempt ro zero in on the oonoerns and problems of the residents of the Courtice Area. 6. Correspondence from W.
