Chandler Deloitte Haskins & Sells The Auditors presented the 1983 Financial Information Return and the 1983 Financial Statements and answered questions of Committee. Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Councillor Hamre THAT the meeting adjourn at 11:45 a.m. "CARRIED
