Committee held in the Bowmanville Committee Room at
9 a.m. on Monday, November 28, 1977. The meeting

Proxy THAT the recommendation of the Solicitor, Mr. D.J.D.Sims,
Voting regarding Proxy Voting, be accepted.

Control of THAT the matter of Control of Pornography be referred to
Pornography the Town Manager and the By-law Enforcement Officer to '
investigate and report back if this is a matter of concern
in this Municipality.

Petty THAT it be referred to the Town Manager and the By-law
Trespass Enforcement Officer to take into account Section 5 of
Act The Petty Trespass Act, as it relates to this municipality
and report back with a recommendation.

Bus Loading THAT the Committee endorse the recommendation of the
Zone at Director of Public Works and the Engineering Department
Waverley regarding School Bus Loading Zone at Waverley Road
Road and the Clerk and Town Manager draft a by-law to carry
out these recommendations and forward it to Council.

Changes to THAT the letter from the Ministry of Treasury, Economics
Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs re Bill 98 be received for
Election information and forwarded to Council.

Objection THAT Councillor Woodyard and Councillor Dykstra be asked
to By -Law to report by Thursday, December 1, 1977 regarding an
1177-60 objection to By-law 1177-60 and failing a report, that. it
be recommended to Council that the Ontario Municipal
Board be advised to proceed with a Hearing.

Derelict THAT the Town Manager request a report from the By-law
Vehicles Enforcement Officer regarding the condition of Derelict
Vehicle and Scrap Yards.

Waverley THAT it be referred to the Town Manager and the Director
Road of Public Works to investigate where the authority lies
Tunnel for controlling the use of the tunnel under Waverley Road and
make recommendations as to its mode of operation.

Licensing the Treasurer report regarding the collection of fees
By-laws under licensing by-laws in the municipality.

Places THAT the Town Manager and By-law Enforcement Officer report
of to the Committee regarding places of amusement and if they
Amusement are complying with the by-laws and regulations of the municipality.
