Holliday, Chairman Call Councillor E.R. Woodyard, Member Mayor G.B. Rickard, Member J.M. McIlroy, Town Clerk, Secretary Resolution #LB -84-77 Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Con. Woodyard. Adoption of THAT the minutes of meeting held on. April 25th, 1977 be Minutes adopted as read. "CARRIED" Mr. D. Hartwig Mr. Dennis Hartwig_A` Yi ore the Committee requesting re Permission permission to use a trailer to live in from June to the end to Live in of September while he was completing construction of his house. Trailer during Location being Lot 21, Concession 9, Clarke. Construction of House Resolution #LB -85-77 Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Con. Woodyard. THAT for reasons as outlined by Mr. Hartwig that he be granted permission to use a recreation type of trailer on his property Lot 21, Concession 9, Clarke, for his own use during the construction of his home on the same property, for a period of four months from June 1st, 1977, and that an agreement to this effect be signed by the owner of the property and the Town. "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -86-77 Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Con. Woodyard. Rifle THAT the matter of the rifle be left with the Clerk to consult with the Animal Control and report back. "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -87-77 Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Con. Woodyard. Mill Street THAT Council concur with the passing of a by-law to allow an Hampton encroachment on Mill Street, Hampton, as requested by Floyd and Encroachment Carol Steenburgh on the same terms as previously, on a year to (Steenburgh) year basis. Mosport re THAT the Schedule of Events as proposed by Mosport for the year Schedule of 1977 be recommended to Council for approval. Events "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -89-77 Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Con. Woodyard. Kings THAT the letter dated April 27th, 1977 from the Liquor Licence Garden Board of Ontariq as referred by Council, be received for information Restaurant and the Public Works Committee advise of problems of parking in down town Bowmanville and traffic flow,as By -Law No. 77-38 has been approved by the Ontario Municipal Board, and also that further consideration be given to traffic flow and parking in Bowmanville. "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -90-77 Moved by Con. Woodyard, seconded by Mayor Rickard. By -Law No. THAT By -Law No. 76-38 be referred to the Planning Administration 76-38 Committee for study and report to the next meeting with regard (Parking) to an amendment to the general Bowmanville Zoning By-law to provide that all new facilities in down town Bowmanville be required to provide parking as required by the general Zoning By-law, or make a cash contribution in lieu. "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -91-77 Moved by Con. Woodyard, seconded by Mayor Rickard. Bell THAT the letter dated May 2nd, 1977 from Bell Canada as referred Canada by Council be received for information. "CARRIED" Legislation $ By -Laws Committee - 3 - Resolution. #LB -92-77 May 9th, 1977 Moved by Con. Woodyard, seconded by Mayor Rickard. Durham County THAT Council approve of By -Law and Agreement to rectify a Senior Citizens description in the deed registered with regard to correcting Lodge re of border aL:jacent to railway right-of-way through lots 29 Railway Right -of- and 30, Sth Concession, Clarke, as recommended by the Town Way Solicitor in his letter of April 25th, 1977. "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -93-77 Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Con. Woodyard. Township of THAT the Notice of Ontario Municipal Board Hearing regarding Scugog By -Law Township of Scugog Zoning By -Law No. 19-77be received No. 19-77 for information. "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -94-77 Moved by Con. Woodyard, seconded by Mayor Rickard. Kirby THAT the matter of the Kirby School purchase be referred School to the Finance Committee. "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -95-77 Moved by Con. Woodyard, seconded by Mayor Rickard. Township of THAT it be recommended to Council that the By-law as submitted Clarke By -Law by the By -Law Enforcement Officer regarding an error in No. Township of Clarke By-law 1739 be presented to Council for 1739 approval. "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -96-77 Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Con. Woodyard. Zoning THAT Council be requested to proceed immediately to complete By -Laws a consolidation of the Town's Zoning By-laws at the earliest possible date. "CARRIED" Legislation 4 By�Laws Committee - 4 - May 9th,,1977 Resolution #LB -97-77 Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Con. Woodyard. Amendment to THAT the By-law to amend By -Law No. 1657 of the former Township Clarke By -Law of Clarke with regard to Lot 29, Concession 9 be submitted to No. 1657 Council for approval. "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -98-77 Moved by Con. Woodyard, seconded by Con. Holliday. Right -of -Ways THAT in view of the fact that this Committee has no jurisdiction on Planning matters, the matter of dwelling on right-of-ways be referred to Planning Administration Committee for consideration and discussion with appropriate staff. "CARRIED" Resolution #LB -99-77 Moved by Con. Woodyard, seconded by Con. Holliday. Adjournment THAT the meeting be adjourned at 12:00 noon. "CARRIED"
