Resolution #LB -69-77
Moved by Con. Woodyard, seconded by Con. Allin.
By -Law THAT the letter dated April 5th, 1977 from the Town Solicitor
No. be received for information and it be noted that he is satisfied
77-23 that the provisions of By -Law No. 77-23 will effectively amend
the provisions of By -Law No. 1653 of the former Township of
Clarke to give effect to the wishes of Durham Central Agriculture
Society to build a new Arena on the site of the Orono Fair
Grounds.
