by Reeve Roy A~ Foster to coqstder the f.ollowing
business:
The following correspondenc~ was reaq
out hy Reeve Foster:
1. Letters of Mr. Thomas Martin under dates
of May 24th and 31st, 1967 re A-Frame cottage,
Lot 29, Concession 2, Township of Clarke.-Tabled.
2. The .ontario Municipal Board letters .
dated May 1 and May 8, 1967, re proposed addition
to Kendal, Public School as business brought forward
from May 19, 1967.-Filed.

WHEREAS By-Law No. 1547 passed the 1st
day of June, 1967 repeals the third reading given
By-Law No. 1545 on the 24tb day of April 1967 and
WHEREAS this action necessi~ates the
re-issuing of tax bills for the.year1967 in the
Township of Clarke; . .
NCW THEREFCRE BEe IT RESOLVED that
ap~ropriate action regarding the proper issuing
of 1967 tax bills will be taken under the direction
and authority of the Council of the Corporation
of the Municipality of the Township of Clarke.-Carried.

reading of By-Law No. 1545;

same is hereby repealed.
