the building, written confirmation from the Durham Regional Health
Department that the existing septic system has capacity for any increased
flow is received, 3) The installation of a bike rack to accommodate a
minimum of two bicycles on site; and 4) Painted line marking, painted
parking space numbers and signage be provided within the parking area
to communicate the on-site parking arrangement as it meets the intent of
the Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and is not
detrimental to the neighbourhood."
